Have we bottomed out in San Diego Real Estate?

There are more and more signs that we are at the bottom of the market. Prices are actually rising in pockets across San Diego. The volume (# of homes sold) is still down, prices are still strong in many areas. While the foreclosures are still holding down the prices, they also present a fantastic opportunity for investors, first time home buyers and move up buyers.

The investors are returning to the market, which is a good indicator that brighter days are ahead!

More good news,  a half point rate cut at the January 29-30 FOMC meeting is the most likely outcome with additional rate cuts at subsequent meetings. Interest are low and may even go lower!

Make 2008 the best financial year ever!
